Have you visited Chichen Itza? We love going! And it's in the heart of the Yucatan Peninsula! The trip between Puerto Morelos and Chichen Itza is filled with great towns, villages, and cenotes that make the trip all the better! It can be a day trip or a nice overnighter, depending on what you want to squeeze in.
Your timing of seeing the ruins during the storied year of 2012 couldn't be more perfectly timed -- particularly if you consider that it is the end of the era in the Mayan Calendar!

The group sizes are limited to a max of 12, your stops are off-the-traditional-beaten-path, and will give you the true flavor of the region! They are actually tours that will satisfy even the most "non-tour-going folk". They are truly a MUST-DO!
