Keeping with the wine theme -- Casa Caribe is hosting a Wine Tasting: "Understanding Chilean Wine" tomorrow evening (Friday, March 9th). If you haven't been to one of Casa Caribe's wine tastings, it is a 'must do' event. Each wine is paired with a sampling from their kitchen. I went to the Mexican Wines edition, and it was fantastic!
