He will be presenting his Sikil Pak: Mayan pumpkin seed salsa; Chile Tamulado: Chile Habanero salsa; Roasted Tomato Salsa; Sopes: Little corn boats stuffed with filling, Mango Salsa; Crema de Cilantro: Squash and cilantro soup; Camarones Tikin Xik: Shrimp in traditional Mayan Achiote marinade; Arroz Verde: Mexican Style Rice; & Caballores Podres: Mexican bread pudding.
