Dragon Mart Project Update

When I come across new articles relating to the potential Dragon Mart Project, I always pass them on to keep everyone in the loop.

Of course, this project has been delayed from its original plans to open Fall 2012.  However, the latest update is that it is projected to open in 2014.

Interestingly, this article mentions that they plan to sell items that compliment Mexico's manufacturing to avoid trade conflicts. I suppose that is "To Be Determined", but is a positive note that I haven't heard previously.

More concerning, is the vague mention of an International Port. Where is that?? Are they planning to use the Calica Port in Playa del Carmen?  The commercial shipping pier isn't large enough or deep enough to support large container ships. Hmm...
