Congrats to our new sales agent, Laura Zapata for closing her first sale in the MRP office! Kudos, Laura!!
The Sellers are thrilled! They weren't able to attend closing, so we coordinated to have their Mexican Power of Attorneys executed in the U.S. so that they wouldn't have to return to sign.
We also want to extend a warm, tropical welcome to the new owners! They are awesome and are really going to enjoy this condo. It's so spacious!
