Former Delegado, José Manuel García Salas (PRI), wins Puerto Morelos Mayoral Election

José Manuel García Salas from the PRI Party has won yesterday's Puerto Morelos Mayoral Election with 1382 votes.

José Manuel García Salas ("Manolo") was Puerto Morelos Delegado in 2005 and 2008.
